Srisha Eshelman, Physician Assistant

Srisha is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over four years of experience in aesthetic medicine and a strong clinical foundation in Head and Neck surgery. After completing her PA training at Northwestern University in Chicago, she spent 2.5 years practicing as a Physician Assistant in Head and Neck surgery at Northwestern — an experience that provided her with an advanced understanding of facial anatomy and structural balance.

She later transitioned into aesthetics, where she spent four years at a highly regarded aesthetic dermatology practice in Nashville. Her clinical expertise includes wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRF / PRF EZ Gel, lasers, and microneedling.

Srisha joined the Captivate Wellness team in December 2025 and is excited to care for clients at both the Syracuse and Skaneateles locations.

Known for her detail-oriented and natural approach, Srisha focuses on enhancing each patient’s unique features rather than changing them. Her goal is always to achieve results that are subtle, balanced, and refreshingly authentic.
