Matthew is an emergency room nurse with 4 years of experience. He loves emergency nursing because it allows him to critically think and take care of complex patient population. He has exceptional IV skills and loves to educate patients on the process and benefits of IV hydration. He has his Bachelors of Science in Nursing from SUNY Delhi, is trauma nurse certified and has his advanced adult/pediatric life support certification.
Matt loves to learn and is currently enrolled in SUNY Upstate’s Doctoral Nurse Practitioner program. His plan is to complete school, become an NP, and continue to grow CaptIVate to its fullest potential.
He lives in Syracuse with his wife and son and their two dogs. He enjoys playing guitar, hunting, ATV riding, and watching his son grow!
