Policies

Arriving to your service late will affect the valuable time needed for your treatment at Captivate Wellness. We will make every effort to perform your scheduled treatment in the remaining time scheduled. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late you will be rescheduled and will be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation/No Show Policy

At Captivate, we have a generous 24 hour cancellation/no show policy in place to ensure our clients can schedule appointments in a timely manner, and to respect the time of our providers. Any appointment that no shows/no cancel will be charged 100% of the scheduled service (400$ for all injectables).

If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time you will incur a 50% missed appointment fee (50% of scheduled service). (200$ for Botox and Filler).

At Captivate Wellness, we respect your time and the time of our Providers, as they book out months in advance. Last minute cancellations do not allow us to fill in the gaps with those who are waiting for an appointment. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered at Captivate Wellness. We do not offer refunds on retail products at Captivate Wellness.
