Roni Schulman, Office Manager

Roni has been a registered nurse for nearly 30 years, beginning her career in oncology, where she learned to integrate modern medicine with holistic practices to better support patients on their healthcare journey. Over time, she discovered her greatest fulfillment came from guiding and supporting her fellow nurses toward shared goals — a passion that naturally led her to her role as Office Manager at Captivate.

Roni is excited to lead the Captivate team with compassion, collaboration, and a focus on continual growth. In this new chapter, she’s also embracing her personal goal of aging gracefully and prioritizing her own health and wellness.

She lives in Syracuse with her husband, their beautifully blended family of five children, and two energetic puppies who keep life lively and full of love.
